What Needs to be Done?

1. Purchase the Park Theater.  The current owner is very supportive of our efforts and is reducing the price for our group and permitting us to begin using the theater.
   
2. Assess the needs of the Park Theater for transitioning into
   a performing arts Center.
   
3. Raise the needed funds to purchase the building and make the needed improvements.
   
4. Recruit volunteers to help with events, fund raising and management of the theater.  

How Much will this Cost?

The first assessment--- which may go up or down appears to be $450,000.  This will include the cost of the building, stage, lights. sound and all the good things needed for a performing arts center.
